Shipping & Returns Policy
At Adellai, we are committed to delivering your products with care and in a timely manner. Please review our shipping and returns policies below to ensure you have all the information you need when ordering from us.
Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time:
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or U.S. federal holidays, after cleared payment before your order ships from our warehouse.
- If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. In such cases, we will notify you via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:
- Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Standard Shipping is free on all orders over $35
- Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak seasons.
- Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may take 15–30 days.
3. Shipping to the United States:
- We currently ship to all 50 states in the U.S., including Alaska and Hawaii.
- We also offer international shipping to select countries. Please check availability at checkout.
Order Processing: Allow 1–5 business days (excluding weekends & all U.S. federal holidays) after the receipt of cleared payment for processing before your order ships from our warehouse.
Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.
Please note that the customer must pay duties, taxes and fees required to import goods. These charges are beyond Adellai’s control. When placing your international order, you agree to pay any and all taxes and duties that apply.
If a customer refuses delivery of an order, they will be responsible for all shipping costs related to the order and the cost will be deducted from the refund once the package is received by the sender.
For shipments to Mexico, the recipient is responsible for all required documentation and compliance with Mexican customs laws. A recent change now requires the possession of an import license to receive goods from the United States.
5. Shipment Tracking:
- You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number.
- The tracking number will be active within 24 hours of shipment.
6. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at sales@adellai.com with your order number and photos of the damaged item(s).
- We will work with you to resolve the issue, either through a replacement or refund.
- Any issues with the delivery of your order must be reported within 14 days of the day you receive it. Adellai is not responsible for packages after that time.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as Adellai is not responsible for lost/returned packages shipped to incorrect addresses.
- Adellai is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that result from factors outside our control such as inclement weather, acts of God, or any other shipping-related issue(s). Under no circumstance shall Adellai be responsible for any incidental or consequential damages.

IMPORTANT NOTICE ON DELIVERED BUT LOST PACKAGES
Once the shipping carrier marks an order as delivered, Adellai is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen packages after delivery. It is your responsibility to ensure that your delivery location is secure and packages are not left unattended in accessible areas. - If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it contact your local shipping carrier to open a case and investigate the missing package.
Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, please review our return policy below.
1. Return Window:
- We accept returns within 30 days of purchase for unused, unopened products in their original packaging.
- Late Returns: Returns after 30 days may be refused or subject to a restocking fee.
2. Eligibility for Returns:
- To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.
- Items that are opened or used are not eligible for return.
3. Return Process:
- To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at sales@adellai.com with your order number and reason for the return.
- We will provide instructions on how to return your product to us.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Returns are typically processed within 3-5 business days after we receive the package.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns:
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Refused Delivery: If a customer refuses delivery, they are responsible for all shipping costs, which will be deducted from the refund.
- Orders can be canceled within one hour of placing them, provided they haven’t shipped.

- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at sales@adellai.com.
